The outcome is a cowboy hat unlike any other. Due to the handmade nature of this product using a new type of material, you may find some minor aesthetic flaws such as a slight weave distortion in spots

A shaping wire is sewn into the edge of the brim, allowing for slight shape adjustments.

About the Maker

This Dallas, Texas maker has been in the racing industry for over 20 years and is a pro driver for Ferrari. After 6 months of R&D, he developed a resin formula that allowed carbon fiber to remain flexible and pliable. After receiving his first patent, he then started taking the material and developing different types of hats out of them.
